Famous Paintings Recreated With Colorful Masking Tape

Japan based artist Nasa Funahara recreates classic paintings with colorful strips of masking tape. The artist is a senior at Musashino Art University, majoring in oil painting. Nasa Funahara loves napping, arts and crafts and collecting masking tapes. Masking tape is more commonly used to block off areas you don’t want pigments to stain, the artist uses these colorful tapes beautifully to create impressive colorful masking tape “paintings”
